Our house is situated directly on the sunny slope, offering immediate access to the hiking trails of the Wettersteinbahn area from the garden, or a mere 2-minute walk to the town center.
Built between 2016 and 2018, we began welcoming guests on December 22, 2018.

2 bedrooms, each accommodating 2 people, plus a high-quality sofa bed with an integrated mattress in the living room (for a total of 6 people). TV in the living room and both bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, kettle, and refrigerator.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower separated by a fixed glass panel. The toilet is, of course, in a separate room.
A bike/ski room with a boot dryer is also available. Free Wi-Fi. Bread delivery service can be booked upon request.
The interior style is modern, high-quality, and minimalist, with a strong emphasis on comfort.
